Equities move both ways on ISE

Equities moved both ways on the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 08.67 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,840.26 to 2,848.93 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 89,851 shares as compared to previous volume of 99,250 shares. Total 130 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (77) closed in positive territory, (53) closed in negative territory, whereas 0 company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The turnover of Fauji Cement Co was 25,000 shares. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 20,000 shares. The turnover of Byco Petroleum was 16,451 shares.
