MANILA: The Philippine central bank expects the country's foreign exchange reserves to climb to $79 billion at the end of 2012 from this year's projected $76 billion, Governor Amando Tetangco said on Wednesday.
As of November, foreign reserves were $76.35 billion, a record high.
