President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday felicitated all the winners who won the by-elections of National and provincial assemblies, terming it a "victory of democracy". President Zardari in a message hoped that the new members of the Parliament would put in efforts for the uplift of common man. He said the by-elections proved that the people had confidence in the democratic process. He hoped that the democratic institutions would gain strength in the country.
