FAISALABAD: District Coordination Officer (DCO) has imposed a ban through section 144 of Criminal Procedure Code on the illegal purchase of sugarcane in Faisalabad district.
Under this order, installation of unauthorized weighing bridges for the purchase of sugarcane will also be prohibited.
This order has come into force instantly and violator of it would be dealt with an iron hand in accordance with law.
