A man has reportedly killed his wife, minor daughter and a neighbour over demand of money, police and witnesses said Sunday. According to police, the murders took place in Batala Colony of Faisalabad where a man, flying into rages on demand of money, swapped harsh arguments and later opened indiscriminate fire, killing his 24-year wife, 25-day old infant baby girl and his friend who lived in neighbourhood.
All three ill-fated persons died on the spot while the suspect managed to flee. Area residents said that the deceased man was a good friend of murderer and was his neighbour. Meanwhile, District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) Malik Khalid has claimed arresting the suspect soon.
