Afridi dreams of holding the World Cup for Pakistan

Pakistan young fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi has already became a red hot commodity in cricket world. Blessed with an over six feet frame that added with blistering pace, it seems just a matter of time that the youngster would be making his international debut for the country.
However, at the moment the youngster is focused on attaining only one goal that is the ongoing and that is ICC’s Under 19 Cricket World Cup.
Being one of the first to be picked for his side in the ongoing tournament, Afridi says he dreams of holding the World Cup, for which he believes the team needs to stay positive. "It will be a dream to win the cup for Pakistan. I remember my brother telling me stories when they had won it all that time ago. For us to be successful, we shouldn't take any pressure because it only brings the anxiety so just think positively," said Afridi, quoted Cricbuzz.
Afridi has already established himself as one of the premier bowlers of the tournament. He claimed 6 for 15 against Ireland in Pakistan’s second match of the tournament. Afridi’s best ever figures allowed his team a comfortable nine wickets victory. Afridi was also awarded the Man of the Match award for his performance.
