The Swiss franc was lower against the euro but rose against the dollar on Wednesday after sliding against both the preceding session as weak economic data had traders eyeing the central bank for any signs it could shift the euro-franc cap. The franc fell 0.2 percent against the euro compared to the New York close, trading at 1.2436 francs per euro at 0727 GMT. The franc rose 0.1 percent against the dollar to 0.9249 francs per dollar.
