LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration arrested a passenger on the charge of having fake papers, at Allama Iqbal Airport on Tuesday.

According to FIA spokesman, passenger Farhan Khan, a resident of Gujrat, was arrested after he arrived in the country by flight number QR-628 from Italy via Doha.

During immigration clearance, particulars and the CNIC were found fake. He was deported from Vienna for staying in Austria without proper documents.

The accused is being sent to FIA/Anti Human Trafficker Circle (AHTC) Lahore for legal necessary action.
