KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 23,307.54 points with a negative change of -364.86 and volume of 85,574,700 shares. High and Low were 23,671.59 and 23,258.31 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 8 were up, 21 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 130,479,990 shares. Total companies traded were 356 of which 95 were positive, 249 were negative and 12 were unchanged.

Textile Composite was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 21,385,750 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 12,686,000 shares.
