Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Lahore region Thursday held a protest against the local administration's act of removing PTI flexes, hoarding and banners related to its October 30 public meeting at Minar-e-Pakistan. The protest was led by PTI Lahore President, Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed. PTI local leaders and workers gathered outside the party's Lahore office and shouted anti PML-N slogans.
On the occasion, Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed said the Punjab government is feeling threatened by PTI October 30 public meeting and thus it is creating hurdles in its arrangement. He maintained that such non-co-operative attitude of local administration will not deter people from supporting Imran Khan. "There are many N-league billboards in the city, but the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) does not dare to remove them, then why it is removing the PTI billboards," he questioned.
