'Mafias make life difficult in Karachi'

Former federal minister, Haji Hanif Tayyab expressed concern over poor situation of Karachi and said that citizens of Karachi were witnessing lawlessness. Talking to PTV on Tuesday, he appealed the nation to pray for peace in Karachi. He claimed the city administration had confirmed that about two dozens people were still under the custody of criminals, who might kill them any time.
He claimed that drug mafia, land grabbers and Bhatta mafia made the lives of citizens difficult adding that kidnapping of innocent people was the worst atrocity in the holy month of Ramazan.
