Punjab University Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr Mujahid Kamran on Tuesday inaugurated the painting exhibition of Aisha Siddiqi titled "Non-Transparent", displayed at Alhamra Art Gallery on Tuesday. The Vice Chancellor took around all the masterpieces and appreciated the creative work of the artist. Speaking on the occasion, he said the artist had shown many factors of the society and expressed many complications in the feelings.
He said each masterpiece is in a frame and the faces in each painting are hidden, complicated and half-shown. He also said that images behind black and white lines and boxes and in frames still have uniqueness in them. PU College of Art and Design Principal, Professor Dr Rahat Naveed Masud, faculty members and a large number of art-lovers were also present on the occasion.
