The sunset on August 30 will be at 1854 PST, and the evening civil twilight (ECTL) will be at 1917 PST. The moon will set at 1935 PST. Thus the age of the new moon will be 35 hours and 13 minutes at ECTL. It will set 41 minutes after sunset and 18 minutes after ECTL.
