Aligarh Institute of Technology held Final Year Project Poster Presentation 2010, which showcased 18 posters of innovative projects designed by the students of different disciplines. The Poster Exhibition was inaugurated by Professor Dr Najeeb Siddiqui, Associate Dean of Engineering. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the basic purpose of the exhibition was to promote science and technology in the country that ensures the progress and development of the nation.
Najeeb appreciated the creative efforts and hard work of the students who brought forward so many novel arid innovative ideas and concepts in the form of posters, which could be effectively utilised in the industrial sector for economic growth of the country and for the enhancement of quality of life. The posters based on various technical projects demonstrated the practical application of science, technology and innovation in the real world, while at the same time creating an image and vision of what the future holds.-PR
