The Karachi Marriott Hotel (KMH) has been recognised and awarded the "Customer Excellence"-Problem Experienced Award for the year 2010. This prestigious award was conferred upon the KMH at the recently held Middle East and Africa General Managers' Conference in Jordan, says a press release received here on Friday.
It bears remembrance that the KMH has been maintaining the number One position in the Region with regard to Guest Satisfaction Survey, since 2009. Similarly, the KMH was also awarded "Brand of the Year Award" in 2008 and in 2009 consecutively in the category of 'Five Star Hotel'.
This clearly reflects the commitment and dedication of the Hotel's Management and Associates towards their guests by delivering consistent high standards and excellent services. The management of KMH, said that we are committed to continue to serve our guests with the same zeal and spirit.-PR
