Saleem Shahzad murder: Commission summons doctor who conducted autopsy

The judicial commission constituted to investigate the kidnapping and murder of journalist Saleem Shahzad has summoned the doctor, who conducted autopsy of the slain journalist on Tuesday (today). Talking to media person at Supreme Court (SC) after the commission meeting, Federal Information Secretary Taimur Azmat Usman, who is also secretary of the commission, said that meeting was chaired by SC judge Justice Saqib Nisar.
He informed that journalists Imtiaz Alim and Qamar Yousaf recorded their statement before the commission whereas another journalist Najim Sathi requested for time in September to record his statement. The Secretary added that FIA cyber wing had informed the commission that Shahzad was using Black Berry mobile phone password of which could not be unlocked without the request of the heirs of the slain journalist to the company. The Secretary said that it was difficult to retrieve the email record of the slain journalist. The meeting was adjourned till Tuesday (today).
