Completion of uplift projects within stipulated time: chief minister Punjab announces cash prize for DCO Hafizabad, Gujrat

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced cash prize of Rs 50 thousand each for District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) of Hafizabad and Gujrat and Rs 30 thousand for District Co-ordination Officer Rahim Yar Khan, for their excellent performance in execution and completion of development projects within the stipulated timeframe.
He announced the prize during a meeting held here on Sunday for reviewing implementation of development projects under various packages during last fiscal year.
DCOs of Hafizabad and Gujrat under district package completed development projects in their respective districts within stipulated timeframe and utilised hundred per cent funds allocated for this purpose. Similarly, DCO Rahim Yar Khan also showed excellent performance regarding execution of development projects under large city package. The chief minister directed Chief Secretary to arrange a special function for encouragement of these officers for awarding them cash prizes and certificates.
