The Sindh Minister for Culture Ms Sassui Palijo has said that the terrorism is not only the regional but also an international threat which could solely be combated with the support of the masses and strengthening the international harmony.
She said that the establishment of the Soofi University at Bhat shah under the vision of President of Pakistan is a long-term project ultimately it would pave the way for strengthening national and international harmony and to combat terrorism. She was talking to the journalists after laying the chaddar on the mazar of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar on the eve of 3rd day of the observation of 759th urs at Sehwan Sharif.
She said that the ideology of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar, Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, Shah Inayat Shaheed, Sachal Sarmast and other soofi saints of Sindh would be the main part of syllabus of the Soofi University and the research and output of university would be translated into other languages of the world.
She said that the soofism is not only in Sindh Pakistan but it also prevails in Turkey, China and other countries of West. She said that the Chief Minister Sindh had announced Rs 10 million for the establishment of research centre at Bhitshah.
