ISE index gains 9.6 points

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 9.60 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,772.02 to 2,781.62 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 48,360 shares as compared to previous volume of 157,189 shares. Total 105 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (43) closed in positive territory, 62 closed in negative territory, whereas zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels.
The turnover of Attock Refinery was 16,000 shares. The volume of DG Khan Cement was 10,500 shares. The turnover of Fatima Fertiliser was 5,010 shares.
