Monetary policy on July 30

The State Bank of Pakistan will announce its monetary policy on July 30 for the subsequent two months, Syed Wasimuddin, chief spokesman for the State Bank of Pakistan said on Wednesday. "The acting governor Yaseen Anwar will announce the monetary policy through a press conference in Karachi," said Wasimuddin.
In the last monetary policy review in May, the central bank kept its key policy rate unchanged at 14 percent.
