Both the futures were higher on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Tuesday in process of trading, dealers said. The July contract that had closed at 1427.00 opened with 50 paisa rise at Rs 1427.50. The December vaida which ended at Rs 1315.00 commenced with a gain of 50 paisa at Rs 1315.50, they said.
