Three injured in roadside blast

Thee men sustained injuries on Sunday when an explosive device, buried on the edge of a road outside capital city, detonated. According to police official Bani Amin, the incident happened near Malpur village, near here. He said that preliminary investigation showed that it was an old explosive device buried under the bushes and garbage.
However, bomb disposal staff collected material for further investigation. According to initial reports, a father and his son riding a motorbike, and a man travelling in a car were wounded in the blast. Interior Minister Rehman Malik took notice of the blast and directed an inquiry to find out who put the explosive material there and what the real motive was.
