Land bank to be set up

The Khyber Pakthukhwa (KP) Government has formulated a gigantic plan for establishment of land bank to encourage housing sector as Rs 1.74 billion have been allocated for this important sector to complete 13 projects in fiscal 2011-12. This was stated by Finance Minister Engr Humayun Khan while presenting budget for financial year 2011-12 in the House.
The bank would be instrumental by facilitating farmers and growers interested to make investment in agriculture sector. Projects related to different housing schemes and feasibility study would be implemented.
