Chairman All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (Aptma), Gohar Ejaz has conveyed deep sorrow and grief to President Asif Ali Zardari on the sad demise of his noble and respected father and extended heartfelt condolences on behalf of Aptma.
In a condolence message, sent in the name of Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday, Aptma leadership including Vice Chairman Shahzad Ali Khan, Chairman Punjab Ahsan Bashir, Chairman Sindh Yasin Siddique and other office-bearers said the sad demise has aggrieved every Pakistani.
Gohar Ejaz said the nation has been deprived of a seasoned politician and a visionary with the passing away of Hakim Ali Zardari. He said late Hakim Ali Zardari was a veteran politician and lauded his services and political struggle for strengthening democratic forces in the country, during which he never surrendered before undemocratic forces.
Chairman Aptma said that late Hakim Zardari was a famous politician who had worked for development of the country and welfare of people of Pakistan. While praying for the eternal peace of the departed soul, he also prayed for courage and strength to Asif Ali Zardari and other members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with patience and fortitude.
