Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khosa has inaugurated exhibition aimed at highlighting the achievement made by scientists and scholars from various universities. The Higher Education Commission arranged the event in which 23 universities were present, while six universities participated through video conference.
The University of Agriculture Faisalabad besides exhibiting the technology at Islamabad showcased the agricultural entrepreneurial skills at the event. One stall of the university was set up at the exhibition while around one and half dozen stalls were displayed through video conference by various departments of the university.
A large number of industrialists, educationists, administrative heads of various ministries and others visited the stalls and showed their keen interest in the exhibition. They said that the stalls not only provided them an opportunity to entertain but also provided a platform to get information and share ideas. The Punjab governor termed the exhibition a hallmark event in putting forth the skills of the researchers so that the industries and other stakeholders can benefit from the event.
