Once again TEXTILE ASIA is organising its 8th international Textile and Garment Machinery Exhibition. These Exhibitions are very important as it brings to our door steps, the latest technology being developed world wide. On behalf of TEXMAP I would like to congratulate the organisers especially Dr Khursheed Nizam, President ECG and the team members for all their efforts in organising these successful textile machinery exhibitions.
We admire very special efforts of Mr Sohail Aziz, Mr Mujib-ur-Rahman Saddiqui and Ms Ghousia for their dedicated hard work round the year to bring Textile Asia Show on No 1 position in Pakistan. All industrialised countries have given great importance to this field eg USA, Germany, France, UK, Japan, Korea etc as are the new emerging like China, Turkey, India, etc. For any nation to be successful in the field of engineering, it has to create an infrastructure where parts and component are easily available, either locally produced or imported. A lot research, study and hard work will have to be done in this field and TEXMAP is playing a very important role and could become a great asset to Pakistan. Textile Asia can play a very impotent role in this.
