ISE index sheds 27.14 points

Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 27.14 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2564.86 to 2537.72 points. The overall turnover amounted to 39,160 shares as compared to previous turnover of 9,335 shares.
Total 128 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (84) closed in negative territory, 44 landed in plus column and zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of National Bank of Pakistan was 30,000 shares. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser Bin Qasim was 8,000 shares. The volume of Engro Corporation was 1060 shares.
