'Corporate Finance, Economic Challenges' moot begins

Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) is organising an international conference on "Corporate Finance and Economic Challenges" from Friday. The conference would deliberate on the repercussions of recent global financial crisis on the region and achieve consensus on a new regulatory financial framework.
It will also prepare a contingent plan to address regional economic challenges. The countries associated with South Asian Federation of Accountants (Safa) will be gathering in Karachi to share their concern over the emerging financial and economic challenges and discuss the necessity of initiating reforms to meet these challenges.
