SC adjourns hearing of Hudaibiya Paper Mills case till Dec 12

ISLAMABAD: A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Mushir Alam adjourned the hearing of Hudaibiya Paper Mills case till tomorrow (Tuesday).

During the course of proceedings on Monday, the apex court rejected plea of the NAB's lawyer who sought adjournment of proceedings of the case till the appointment of the new prosecutor general.

The bench also barred the media from holding discussion in the talk shows about the merit of the case.
