QUETTA: Balochistan assembly at its session her e Monday with Speaker Ms Rahila Durrani in the chair passed two bills.
First bill was Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences 2017.
It was moved by Health Minister Rehmat Saleh Baloch in the House.
Earlier Chairperson Standing Committee on Health, Population Welfare Dr Ruqiyah Hashmi tabled Report of the Committee.
Health Minister moved the House to consider the bill immediately and adopt it according to recommendations of the Committee. It was passed without any opposition.
Second bill Jail Reforms in Balochistan 2017 was moved by Adviser on Information Sardar Raza Muhammad Barech seeking House approval for its passage.
It was adopted without any opposition. Earlier Chairman Standing Committee on Home and Tribal Affairs Department, Jails and Provincial Disaster Management Authority Abdul Majeed Achakzai sought house approval for presenting committee report in the House today.
