Government urged to withdraw POL price hike

A meeting of Pakistan Workers Federation (PWF) was held on recent price increase in petrol prices here in Bakhtiar Hall on Saturday. PWF has asked the government to withdraw the recent hike in POL prices, as the increase would result in already higher inflation in the country.
The meeting attended by Chaudhry Talib Nawaz President and Khurshid Ahmed General Secretary and other leaders said nation was already suffering from higher inflation, where increase in petrol prices would break their backs and they would be forced to come to streets if their very existence is endangered, they warned.
