A delegation of the Pakistan Petroleum Exploration & Production Companies Association (PPEPCA) will hold a meeting with Syed Naveed Qamar Federal Minister for Privatisation, Water & Power to discuss the matters pertaining to the implementation of 18th Constitutional Amendment April 2010 regarding Oil & Gas sector on Thursday (today).
A new clause 172 (3) in the Constitution was introduced whereby mineral oil and natural gas within any Province or the territorial waters adjacent thereto has been vested jointly and equally with that Province and the Federal Government.-PR
