Pakistan-Day was celebrated with befitting manners and traditional zeal, fervour and enthusiasm here on Wednesday. Flag hosting ceremonies, seminars, symposia and debates were the hall mark of the day. Addressing to a flag hosting ceremony held here in council hall member Kashmir Council Chaudhry Muhammad Khan said March 23 was the historic day for the Muslims of Sub-Continent on this day Pakistan's resolution was passed in 1940 at Lahore.
He said Pakistan was the Castro of Islam and nefarious designs of anti Pakistan's elements would be foiled, adding, under the leadership of Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan and Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan Kashmiris would continue endeavour for the liberation of occupied Kashmir and whole state accession with Pakistan.
