State-owned Kuwait Petroleum Corp, or KPC, has concluded a long-term contract to supply one million metric tons of cracked fuel oil to Pakistan, Kuwait-based An Nahar Daily reported on Wednesday. Pakistan will use the fuel oil to operate its power generation plants, the paper reports citing Sheikh Talal Al Sabah, KPC's managing director for government parliament, and public relations.
