A single member bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday declared transfer notificaiton of Assistant Vice President of Zari Taraqaiti Bank limited (ZTBL) void. The court also directed ZTBL management to release with held salary and incentives of the petitioner with out any further delay.
A single member bench comprises Justice Anwar Khan Kasi resumed hearing of a petition regarding the transfer and salary issue of Assistant Vice President ZTBL Ghazanfer Ali.
Counsel for petitoner,Malik Waheed Anjum appraised the court that the ZTBL management transferred Ghazanfer Ali to Balochistan without any specific reason and not paying his salary and other incentives for the last two years.
He said that not a single officer was posted in Balochistan since 1990 due to the prevailing situation in that province. After hearing arguments, the bench declared Ghazanfer Ali, Assistant Vice President of (ZTBL) transfer notification void and directed the management to release his blocked salary immediately.
