Gabol's name put on ECL

The name of former state minister and leader of Pakistan People's Party, Nabil Gabol was placed on Exit Control List (ECL), a private TV channel reported Thursday. According to the channel, Gabol's name was put on ECL on recommendations of a highly placed dignitary. Nabil Gabol on Wednesday tendered resignation from the post of State Minister for Ports and Shipping.
Later, he claimed that police raided his house in Karachi for taking him into custody. He was quoted as saying that he had gone into hiding.
