Conference on 'Role of Independent Director' on January 19

Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG), in collaboration with Pakistan Business Council (PBC) is organizing a conference on 'Role of Independent Director' to be held here on Wednesday. According to a press release, the conference has an objective of discussing the vital role of independent director in enhancing overall boar's performance.
PICG has a tradition of conducting seminars and conferences on several topics relating to good governance practices. The international speaker, Lee Kha Loon, Head Asia Pacific, CFA Institute and Ken Rushton, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, will be delivering the key-note address. -PR
