ANP names four-member committee

On request of Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Awami National Party (ANP) on Sunday constituted a four-member committee to hold consultations with other parties on key national issues. According to a private television channel, the committee will discuss key national issues with members of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N).
Senator Haji Adeel will head the ANP committee. Zahid Khan, Afrasyab Khatak and Bushra Gohar will be the other three members. Prime Minister Gilani had requested ANP leader Asfandyar Wali Khan to name any such committee.
