NH&MP performance ascending: Crime ratio becomes zero on N-5 South Highway

The performance of Motorway Police was on ascend in the year 2010, resultantly; the ratio of crime became zero on N-5 South Highway from Karachi to Sukkur. Moreover, NH&MP N-5 South Zone launched special briefing campaigns to educate the road users about road safety and traffic rules and regulation, which also proved very effective in declining the ratio of accidents.
Total of 219,780 number of road users were provided assistance/help during their journey by motorway police on N-5 South Highway. Besides, several injured persons were shifted to hospitals, many lost items were recovered and handed over to their owners, fire of many vehicles were extinguished which erupted in case of any accident/incident, and many other good works were done which saved precious lives of several road users. Total of 175 number of miscellaneous good works were done by NH&MP N-5 South Zone on Highway in the year 2010 in which recovery of lost items, stolen vehicles and recovery of lost/absconder children are included.-PR
