Police on Saturday recovered five kilogram high explosive at Mochko Goth in the jurisdiction of Saeedabad Police Station. According to police sources, they had received a phone call by unknown caller, which revealed that an unclaimed motorbike bearing registration no BD-1867 was parked near Khursheed Autos, Bus Stop no.2 at Mochko Goth.
Reacting on the said information, the police party had reached on the spot and besieged whole area to avoid any untoward situation. They further said that Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) after thorough inspection had recovered five kilogram high explosive, which was concealed at the place of battery. According to BDS sources, they had defused a locally made bomb, which was mounted at a place of battery of the motorbike parked at Mochko Goth. However, the police sources said the FIR no 19/11 was lodged against unknown miscreants.
