Businessmen urged to acquire sales, marketing expertise

The discipline of sales management and marketing play an important role in the development and growth of industrial sector. With the advancement of information technology, the world has converted into a global village and World Trade Organisation Rules are helping businessmen reach international markets all over the world.
Businessmen and industrialists can take advantage of information technology to introduce their goods and manufactured products in international markets. These views were expressed by the Chairman of Education Sub-Committee of Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (HCCI), Najmuddin Qureshi on the occasion of closing ceremony of a workshop, held in co-ordination with HCCI and Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Smeda) on 'Sales Management and Marketing'. Qureshi said that discipline of marketing could play an important role in increasing exports of the country.
