Grams prices fluctuate on grain market

A few changes were seen on the wholesales grain and seed market on Wednesday in process of subdued trading, dealers said. On the grams side grams Australia low type was up by Rs 300 to Rs 5390 and best type gained Rs 130 to Rs 5330. Grams dal Australia, however, fell sharply as low quality was down by Rs 300 to Rs 5700 and good type dipped by Rs 500 to Rs 5900.
Yellow peas Canada was modestly up by Rs 25 to Rs 3200-3350, they said. On the seeds side, cottonseed oilcake with bag low type posted fresh gain of Rs 5 to Rs 1280 and best quality gained Rs 20 to Rs 1320 due to short supply, they added. Cereals and rice sectors remained unchanged during the slow trading activity, they said.
