CJP constitutes two-judge bench for next week

Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted a bench to hear a number of cases at the principal seat in the next week starting from December 27. A two-judge bench of Justice Muhammad Sair Ali and Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa will function in the next week. According to cause lists, no application for adjournment through fax will be placed before the Court.
If the counsel is unable to appear for any reason the Advocate-on-Record will be required to argue the case.
