PML like-minded President Senator Salim Saifullah Khan has said that the party's central leaders would start the mass contact campaign in Punjab next month. He said this in a telephonic conversation with provincial secretary Information Mian Muhammad Asif here on Sunday.
In first phase of the campaign starting in new year Salim Saifullah Khan, Khurshid Mahmood Qasuri, Hamid Nasir Chattha and Gohar Ayub would address the public meetings in various parts of the country. Salim Saifullah said that if the rulers would not change their policies the PML would work for brining a political change in the country with the support of masses.
"It dose not bother us that who is the ruler in the country but what important for us is, that issues of masses should be resolved", he said. Mian Muhammad Asif said that the party's local leadership has already started mobilising public on various issues. He was of the view that people were fed up by PML-N and PPP both and they like the likeminded group.
