APHC pays glowing tributes to Quaid-e-Azam

Published Updated

All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) has paid glowing tributes to Quaid-e-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan while reaffirming Kashmiris' resolve to continue struggle for liberating Kashmir from Indian bondage. The APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and senior APHC leader, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi in their telephonic addresses to a seminar said the Kashmiris were treading the path of Quaid-e-Azam to secure their inalienable right to self-determination.
They said that Quaid-e-Azam's vision could be accomplished only when the Kashmir dispute was resolved in accordance with the Kashmiris' aspirations, KMS reported on Saturday. The seminar was organised by the APHC constituent, Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman-e-Sharie. A declaration passed on the occasion demanded of India to withdraw its troops from occupied Kashmir, release Hurriyet detainees, revoke draconian laws and reveal facts about those disappeared in custody during the past 22 years. On the other hand, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred one more innocent Kashmiris youth in Kandi area of Kupwara.
In New York, the Executive Director of Kashmir Centre Washington, Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai, addressing a function said that Indian troops were committing gross human rights violations including involuntary disappearances, extra-judicial killings, rape, torture, plunder, abductions and arbitrary detentions in occupied Kashmir.
