Chief Engineer Irrigation, Kotri Barrage, Hyderabad has informed 'zamindars' and cultivators that the barrage's canals will remain closed for routine inspection/maintenance and necessary infrastructure repair, from December 25, 2010 to January 10, 2011 (both days inclusive).
During this period, there will be no flow of water in any of the off-taking canals ie Akram Wah (Lined Channel), Old Phuleli (Pinyari), New Phuleli (Phuleli), KB Feeder Upper, Wadhu Wah and Fasadi Wah.
