Need to end domestic violence on women: Ghazala

Balochistan Minister for Women Development Ghazala Gola has emphasised the need to make a mindset of society to ensure end to violence particularly domestic violence on women. According to a statement issued on Sunday, she said women were an oppressed and downtrodden segment of the society who had been victimised of domestic and other types of violence for years.
She underlined the need to launch efforts to change mindset, which caused domestic violence on women. She said Pakistan People's Party was sincere to take steps to end domestic violence on women adding approval of law on domestic violence was a part of such efforts.
