North, Central America and Caribbean: Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama
South America: Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia
The one remaining place goes to the winner of the intercontinental play-off between Peru v New Zealand, kick-off 0215 GMT on Thursday, November 16.
