RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Tuesday at 21,451.60 points with a negative change of -89.86 and volume of 78,006,800 shares. High and Low were 21,675.68 and 21,405.12 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 14 were up, 16 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 140,084,690 shares. Total companies traded were 373 of which 139 were positive, 207 were negative and 27 were unchanged.

Textile Composite was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 20,269,340 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 19,565,000 shares.
