BRUSSELS: EU President Herman Van Rompuy said on Friday that six other countries currently outside the 17-member eurozone would ink an agreement on strengthening budgetary discipline to tackle the debt crisis.
"The conclusion is that the 17 eurozone members plus six others will conclude an intergovernmental treaty. Two other countries do not yet have a mandate to participate," said Van Rompuy.
